Are You Using your Eyelet Pliers the Right Way?

Easy to Blame your Pliers but they are Designed for a Purpose

I recently was looking at a review of an eyelet plier we stock and came across a review of them , the person in question was shall we sat abit miffed at them stating the did not work.

So I looked abit Closer at the Review of the way they had Fitted the Eyelets

Well from years of selling these pliers and testing them I could see they had used the wrong side of the pliers jaw when closing the eyelet in place on the canvas blind material , so the eyelet had not been formed correctly.

Fit your Eyelet the Right Way and they are Easy Pliers to use.

What you notice if you look closely is that one side of the pliers jaw is abit more pointed and protrudes out  this is the side that mist fit againt the unfinished side of the eyelet to form it.If you use the wrong side of the jaw you will just make a complete mess of fastening the eyelet onto you paper , leather or in this case canvas, the eyelet will also just fall out of it's inserted eyelet hole you have punched through yoru material.
